JEYOS provides social media growth and marketing services — including followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, and related engagement — across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Google, and others listed on the Service.

We continuously optimize delivery methods and reserve the right to update, replace, or discontinue individual services or packages at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

When you place an order you are responsible for submitting correct target URLs, links, usernames, and any other required details. Once an order is submitted and paid, target links generally cannot be changed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the service, the platform, and current provider capacity. JEYOS is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, algorithm changes, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

You must not change your account privacy settings (for example, switching to a private profile), delete the target content, or modify the target URL while an order is in progress. Doing so may prevent delivery, and no refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed through PayPal (manual transfer with proof upload) and any other payment methods offered on the Service from time to time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

An order is considered confirmed only after your payment has been received and verified by our team. Uploading a payment proof does not by itself constitute a completed payment.

All purchases on JEYOS are strictly non-refundable. Once your payment has been confirmed, the amount paid cannot be refunded, credited back, or reversed — whether or not the order has started delivery, and regardless of the outcome on the target platform.

This policy applies to, without limitation:

• Orders placed by mistake or with incorrect information.
• Orders affected by changes to the target account (privacy, deletion, link changes).
• Drops, removals, or bans applied by the target social platform.
• Delays or partial delivery caused by third-party providers or platform updates.
• Change-of-mind requests after payment has been made.

Where a service is genuinely undeliverable due to a verified fault on our side, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement order or account credit of equivalent value. Cash refunds will not be issued.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of your account and may be pursued as a breach of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Target content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
• Target accounts or content you do not own or are not authorized to promote.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or automate the Service without written permission.
• Bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.

We may refuse, cancel, or suspend any order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the terms of the underlying social platform. In such cases no refund will be issued.

JEYOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Google, or any other social platform. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms and policies of the platforms you target. We are not liable for any action taken by a third-party platform against your account.

Approved workers may earn commissions on qualifying orders referred through their unique code or link. Commissions are credited only after the referred order is paid and confirmed. Fraudulent, self-referred, or abusive activity will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible termination.

Commission rates, minimum withdrawal amounts, and payout schedules may be updated from time to time and will be reflected in your worker dashboard.

The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by JEYOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, engagement rates, retention, or business outcomes from any service purchased.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEYOS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or initiated a payment dispute in bad faith.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, it shall be handled through the competent courts of our place of operation.
